day 9 of 30 days of me

day 9- something youre proud of in the past few days

I baked....and didn't burn the house down. For those of you that know my cooking/baking past, you'd know this is an achievement. I once made beignets and on accident set the stove on fire. However, the beignets were still pretty darn awesome.... :)
Of course, the brownies I made from scratch (yup, SCRATCH)--- haven't tried those yet.... ha!

    Good for you. I also set the oven on fire once, baking a pizza. Not so fun.

    woo congratulations!! I love baking! Usually though i eat a lot of raw batter before the thing cooks properly.. I did that with baked cheesecake mix i made before.. almost made myself sick I couldnt even try the baked version lol im such a phatty
