national love day....only 7 days away

I've never really been the fondest of valentines day. To be honest, the whole idea of valentines day always just rubbed me the wrong way. Although for the past couple of years friends and I have had valentines day parties just for us friends. I gotta say, I like the holiday more when I get to share love all around. Cause you know Love Actually is.....all around.
So a few cute valentines day things that help me think positively of the holiday.....

Oooh those little cup-warmer dealies are soooo cute.
I like Valentine's day. I'm not one of those girls who is CRAZY about it, but I also don't hate it. I'm not very crafty so I find myself just ooh-ing and ahh-ing at the DIY V-day stuff, and wishing I could make that adorable stuff. But I think a day dedicated to love is pretty cool. We have a day dedicated to pretty much everything else, right? I think single people need to get off the bitter bus and realize Valentine's day is not just relationship love, it's EVERYONE love. Make some damn Valentines for your friends and family and put a smile on, dammit. Hahaha, now I sound like the bitter one.

So so pretty!
I'm not super into Valentines Day either but I DO LOVE looking at everything pink and red and hearts and all the girly awesomness. I wish we could decorate everything for Valentines all the time. It is so lovely.

i'm a firm believer that valentine's day should only be celebrated with chocolate and/or flowers. too over celebrated usually! this blog is adorable, you are so crafty. love you tons and hope you don't mind that i'm reading!
